Job Description

Strada seeks a lead functional consultant to implement SuccessFactors EC and/or Talent modules. You will ensure solution fit to client requirements, support sales scoping, and align with Elevate methodology across delivery and post-go-live support.

Responsibilities include workshops, solution design, data migration, testing, go-lives, and sales support, with emphasis on quality and client satisfaction in a global delivery context.
