Senior SuccessFactors Application Analyst
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Configure and maintain SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Position Management, Time Off, MDF objects).
• Translate HRIS business requirements into system configuration.
• Advise HRIS Product Owner on system capabilities, constraints, and best practices.
• Lead impact assessments for enhancements and quarterly releases.
• Own data models, business rules, workflows, and role-based permissions.
• Coordinate UAT with HRIS and HR stakeholders.
• Document configuration, decisions, and change impacts.
• Develops proof of concepts to showcase proposed solutions.
