Key Responsibilities
Lead and maintain overall service quality and artistic direction of the salon
Set hair trends, creative standards, and signature looks
Train, mentor, and upskill stylists and junior team members
Oversee haircutting, coloring, styling, and advanced techniques
Ensure exceptional client experience and satisfaction
Collaborate with management on brand positioning and service innovation
Maintain hygiene, safety, and international salon standards
Requirements
7+ years of professional salon experience
