Reporting to the Student Success and Transition Coordinator, you will:

• Respond to various student enquiries about enrolment applications, progression planning, and success
• Provide advice on course enrolment and academic pathways
• Help solve student issues that fall outside standard policies
• Support and collaborate with internal teams through the sharing of expertise and contribution to coordinated activities and service delivery
