Compensation: $170,000 – $190,000 + Annual Revenue Bonus
Location: Salem, OR Onsite (Minimum 4 days per week)
Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Structural Steel Engineering Supervisor to provide technical leadership and operational oversight for our Structural Engineering team supporting utility and telecommunications pole manufacturing.
This is a key succession hire due to the retirement of a senior engineer. The role is designed as a true “player-coach” position — combining hands-on engineering execution with team leadership, training, and operational oversight.
