Overview
Senior Structural Engineer with progression to Associate Director , based in Hemel Hempstead – hybrid model. Salary £75,000 – £80,000 plus company benefits, bonus and car allowance.
The consultancy has over 50 years of experience delivering civil, structural, transport and surveying solutions across residential, commercial, education, science, infrastructure and industrial projects. As a senior structural engineer you will lead design and delivery of projects, develop client relationships and drive business growth in the Hertfordshire office.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of structural engineering projects across multiple sectors
- Manage and mentor a team of 17 structural engineers and technicians
- Review structural calculations, drawings and technical documentation
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring budgets and programme deadlines are met
