Senior structural Draftsman

Role Description

The Senior Structural Draftsman is a full-time, on-site role based in Rawalpindi. This role involves preparing detailed structural and architectural shop drawings, technical drawings, and construction documentation in accordance with engineering specifications, local building codes, and project standards. The Senior Structural Draftsman will collaborate closely with structural engineers, architects, and project managers to review design inputs, identify discrepancies, and provide accurate drawing revisions. Daily tasks include coordinating drawing sets, maintaining BIM models where applicable, ensuring proper version control, and supporting the team with layout clarifications and documentation updates. The position also requires mentoring junior drafting staff, maintaining drawing quality standards, and contributing to efficient project delivery timelines.
