Role Summary

The Senior Strategy & Operations Lead is a high-impact partner to IT leadership, responsible for driving strategic alignment, operational excellence, and execution rigor across all IT pillars. This role leads IT-wide planning, governance, and communications to ensure the CIO’s priorities translate into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead IT Strategic Planning & Governance- Drives the definition of IT OKRs, quarterly business reviews, and multi-year strategic planning cadences to align priorities and track value delivery

  • Drive Executive Decision Enablement- Build insights, narratives, and recommendations that inform CIO/leadership decisions, including board materials and enterprise updates
