Within the firm, you will:

  • Tackle complex client challenges, engaging with senior executives

  • Lead international client projects, maintaining day-to-day client relationships and expanding PTOLEMUS’ services

  • Oversee consulting projects, plan team activities, conduct client workshops, and ensure top-notch deliverables

  • Mentor your team to meet high-quality standards and support their growth

  • Represent PTOLEMUS at global conferences

  • Promote follow-on projects and sustainably grow our client portfolio. Innovate and take initiative to drive new ideas forward.

  • Play a pivotal role in our team’s and in PTOLEMUS’ growth.

  • Master’s degree from a business or engineering school/university

  • 6+ years of experience, with at least 3 to 4 years in management consulting
