Senior STR Controller — Lead & Scale High-Growth Finances

Howard Financial is seeking an Accounting Manager to own the financial reporting for a Short Term Rental vertical. You will lead a remote team of Senior Accountants, ensure US GAAP compliance, and manage complex trust accounting structures for property owners.

You will drive month-end close, coordinate audits, and provide strategic financial guidance to client leadership, while scaling processes and controls for 100–1,000+ properties.
