Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

  • Support development of new GaN devices and technology architectures based on customers and company needs.
  • Take ownership on assigned development packages.
  • Conduct DOEs on GaN wafers to maximize device and process performance with good reliability.
  • Collaborate with process development, integration, and other stakeholders to meet development targets.
  • Contribute to problem solving in a creative way and create process and device IP for GaN Tech Development.
  • Support the growth of Infineon’s patent portfolio by constantly screening ideas for patentability.
  • Support GaN production ramp activities by analyzing and solving critical technical topics.
