**What You’ll Do**
**Key Responsibilities**
- L3 capability across the entire stack, including infrastructure, back-end and front-end.
- Automate SRE tools to provide proactive L3 support, close to our technology monitoring strategy.
- Strong communication with L1, L2, engineering, product managers, leadership and end users during troubleshooting.
- Experience with incident and problem management.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, etc.), such as VPCs, subnets, firewalls and load balancing, TLS and SSL.
**Preferred experience**:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Github Actions) & version control.
- Good to have experience/knowledge of Lumen technology.
- Experience with AWS, particularly EKS, serverless, queue & databases.
- Solid knowledge Kubernetes.
- Python or React/Next.
- Advanced English proficiency.
