Required Experience & Skills:

• SQL Mastery:
  5+ years of T-SQL and advanced PL/pgSQL experience. Deep understanding of complex data types, dynamic SQL, and set-based logic.
• Migration Expertise:
  Proven track record converting MSSQL logic to PostgreSQL.
• AI-Literate Development:
  Skilled in leveraging LLMs for code generation, including:
• Prompt engineering to translate complex logic accurately
• Critical review and refinement to ensure correctness, security, and performance
• Performance Tuning:
  Strong experience analyzing PostgreSQL execution plans to optimize previously MSSQL-centric queries.
