As a Senior Specialist, Process development and NPI at Fazer Confectionery, you work in a responsible and innovative role with new product introduction and process development projects. You are responsible for the successful implementation of new projects, creating and producing new operating models and technical solutions to support production, and implementing and enforcing the Confectionery supply chain strategy in your area of responsibility.

This is a hands‑on role where you will work closely with production in practice and collaborate with many different stakeholders across the organization, implementing new products, planning and reporting test runs, and assessing risks and feasibility.
