Senior Specialist – Workday (Expenses & Payroll)

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience working with Workday, with strong expertise in Expenses, Payroll, Integrations, and Business Processes.

    Workday Expenses – Implementation & Support

  • Lead Workday Expenses implementations and management across the organization.

  • Manage module implementations for new legal entities.

  • Design and configure entity-specific expense policies, limits, and approval thresholds.

  • Build, configure, and maintain expense business processes and approval workflows in alignment with local and global policies.

  • Manage and update expense rate tables, conditional logic, and validation rules.
