Responsibilities

  • Conduct training needs analysis and propose relevant, innovative solutions.
  • Lead design, adaptation, planning, and implementation of training activities.
  • Plan evaluation strategies to ensure efficacy of initiatives and impact on business activities.
  • Solicit proposals from external providers, evaluate services, and make recommendations.
  • Ensure content remains relevant and effective, exploring new methodologies and joint learning opportunities.
  • Analyze results and provide recommendations to improve training quality, learning transfer, and impact.
  • Accompany and coach internal trainers in developing and facilitating courses, as needed.
