As a member of the Discovery Silver team, you will be responsible for delivering automation solutions that align with mining operations’ goals. This senior-level position includes programming support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of PLC/DCS controls. You will also oversee compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and optimize site’s PLC/DCS communication
• Troubleshoot instrumentation issues and device programming
• Program DCS and handle hardware tasks
• Support modifications and operational requests
• Manage documentation for alarm and error communications
Requirements:
• Diploma or Graduate degree
• 3-5 years of Mine/Mill experience or similar
• Advanced PLC/DCS programming knowledge
