Senior Specialist, Continuous Improvement

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Senior Specialist, Continuous Improvement to join our team in Culpeper, Virginia. You will be a part of our Senior Leadership team, supporting continuous improvement / lean manufacturing processes. In this role, and under minimal direction, you will be responsible for solving a variety of complex problems while helping to shape the culture of a rapidly-expanding and challenged workforce.

Essential Functions:

15% Inspire, coach, and support personnel at all levels in the realization of continuous improvement through targeted projects and the site's Operational Excellence framework. Work with various functional leaders to drive rapid adoption and propagation of industry best practices. Oversee the site's progress across eight functional pillars and 55 core elements. Participate as member of both the Leadership Commitment and Employee Engagement teams.
