As a Senior Sous Chef, you will work under the Operations Supervisor to execute culinary excellence and deliver memorable experiences. This full-time role involves planning and preparing exceptional food, particularly in the Sportsbar at Rogers Arena. You'll share innovative ideas to improve menus and ensure consistency in food preparation to meet dining standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee culinary operations while ensuring food quality
• Plan and execute menus for à la carte and buffet services
• Teach new cooking techniques to the culinary team
• Ensure exceptional hospitality is provided to guests
• Maintain consistency in food presentation and prep standards
Requirements:
• Secondary school graduation certificate
• 3 to 5 years of related culinary experience
