Job Description

We are looking for a Sourcing & Supply to lead sourcing and product portfolio development efforts. This role will play a key part in building successful campaigns by ensuring the right products are available at the right time, with the best balance between cost, quality, and delivery.

  • Lead the development and management of product portfolios for promotional campaigns and loyalty programs.
  • Source, develop, and manage relationships with local and international suppliers.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, volumes, lead times, and exclusivity agreements.
  • Identify market trends, emerging categories, brands, and opportunities to strengthen campaign competitiveness.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and business partners.
