Senior Sourcing Specialist - Procurement

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for: Manage all RFQs for a manufacturing or service site. Getting competitive offers while achieving the defined Deflation KPIs. Contribute to executing and implementation of Sourcing defined strategy for each commodity or Supplier. Work towards achieving specific defined KPIs set by product line. Define supplier strategy including management and optimization of supplier panels. Lead negotiations and allocate needs to specific suppliers. Negotiate terms and conditions and transmit information to Procurement. Manage claims. Includes commercial sourcing management such as data analysis, negotiations support, etc. This may also include purchasing activities. Detects and signals flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvements. Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis.
