Senior Sourcing Specialist

The Opportunity

The Senior Sourcing Specialist is responsible for driving strategic sourcing initiatives, leading contract lifecycle management, and strengthening supplier performance across the organization. A successful candidate should have experience with sourcing events, category analysis, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management. Experience in the fuel/refinery/energy space is also desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that deliver measurable cost savings and operational value; provide strategic inputs and supply market information to guide business decisions and act as a conduit for procurement activities
• Lead cross‑functional teams through sourcing events, supplier evaluations, and award recommendations
• Negotiate commercial and legal terms, including master agreements, SOWs, SLAs, NDAs, and other contractual documents
