Senior Sourcing Engineer

What You Will Do

·Manage RFQ analysis and cost breakdown for outsourcing/insourcing and transfer projects.

·Develop and qualify new suppliers for critical categories.

·Support negotiations for cost, delivery, and quality terms.

·Drive implementation of digital tools and vendor scorecard.

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and delivery issues.

·Maintain supplier performance metrics and support continuous improvement.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

•Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or engineering. 

•3-5 years in sourcing or procurement, preferably in manufacturing industry.

•Experience with RFQ handling and supplier development.

•Strong analytical skills for cost breakdown and quotation evaluation.

•Effective communication and negotiation skills.

•Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
