Required Skills (Qualifications & Experience):
8+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Workload Scheduler (Tivoli Workload Scheduler) and/or HCL Workload Automation.
Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise workload automation architectures in hybrid (on-prem/cloud) environments.
Strong understanding of scheduling, orchestration, and automation concepts including job streams, dependencies, event rules, and calendar management.
Experience integrating IWS/HWA with tools such as SAP, Oracle, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Jenkins, ServiceNow, or equivalent.
Proficiency with UNIX/Linux and Windows environments, scripting (Shell,Python, PowerShell), and API integrations ...
