Senior Solutions Designer - CRM

We are seeking a highly experienced Solutions Designer - CRM to undertake the design of hosting technology solutions for complex CRM applications, ensuring they meet client business requirements and project deliverables. The successful candidate must possess at least 7+ years of experience designing and implementing solutions using both Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM technologies. This role requires strong conceptual and analytical skills to develop comprehensive design documentation, application flows, and ensure solutions are aligned with user experience and accessibility standards. This is a Hybrid role based in Toronto.
