The Solutions Consultant: Technical is a customer‑facing role within SYSPRO ERP implementations and forms a key part of the broader Consulting Services team as a revenue‑generating function. The role is responsible for training, guiding, and supporting customers in the effective use of SYSPRO products and related components, ensuring issues are identified, resolved, and managed in accordance with SYSPRO’s standard procedures. It plays a critical role in delivering high‑quality product support, driving successful customer adoption, and ensuring a positive implementation experience.
