Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical point of contact for your accounts and account managers in your assigned territory.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers’ goals and articulate how Elastic offerings address their needs.
  • Craft and own value-based relationships at all levels within customer organizations.
  • Participate in all phases of planning and execution for your territory, from initial discovery to the technical win.
  • Demonstrate product value in sales meetings and at events such as meetups and conferences.
  • Advise the sales team on effective positioning of Elastic products, solutions, and services.
  • Onboard, educate, and enable partners in sales cycles.
  • Create collateral, contribute to programs, and collaborate with other Elasticians to meet client needs.
