Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical point of contact for your accounts and account managers in your assigned territory.
- Develop a deep understanding of customers’ goals and articulate how Elastic offerings address their needs.
- Craft and own value-based relationships at all levels within customer organizations.
- Participate in all phases of planning and execution for your territory, from initial discovery to the technical win.
- Demonstrate product value in sales meetings and at events such as meetups and conferences.
- Advise the sales team on effective positioning of Elastic products, solutions, and services.
- Onboard, educate, and enable partners in sales cycles.
- Create collateral, contribute to programs, and collaborate with other Elasticians to meet client needs.
