Senior Solutions Architect

Overview

This role is within the Swiss organization. You will be working with innovative Independent Software Vendors (ISV) to help them be successful on AWS, working backwards from their needs.

Key job responsibilities

• Help Swiss ISVs accelerate their challenging, mission‑critical projects and recommend best‑practice architectures in line with their long‑term business outcomes. Agentic AI and SaaSification are key topics, as containerization and infusion of innovative services within their solutions.
• Build technical relationships with customers and operate as their trusted advisor. The best interests of the customer will shape the guidance you provide.
• Share the voice of the customer to inform the roadmap of AWS features.
• Participate in creating and sharing best practices, technical content, and new reference architectures (e.g., white papers, code samples, blog posts as it suits best).
