What you’ll do

You will help customers transform how they engage, sell, and serve using SAP Customer Experience solutions. Your impact will include:

  • Owning the Customer Experience strategy for key accounts, aligning customer goals to clear transformation roadmaps.

  • Leading end‑to‑end value discovery, shaping compelling solution proposals grounded in measurable business outcomes.

  • Generating and progressing pipeline across Sales, Service, Commerce, Marketing, Customer Data and CPQ.

  • Driving innovation and AI adoption by introducing new capabilities early and influencing customer direction.

  • Building strong C‑suite and partner relationships to accelerate decision‑making and expand SAP’s footprint.
