Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Talent Suite product offerings that meet business requirements, while ensuring alignment with Korn Ferry Digital’s target platform architecture.
- Review and interpret business requirement specifications and define associated end-to-end operational and technical solutions covering operating model, applications, data, and integration.
- Work with application vendors and service providers in the formulation of end-to-end solutions.
- Engage with business stakeholders to ensure solutions are complete, fit‑for‑purpose, and meet business needs.
- Support the successful transition from pre‑sales to implementation of new business capabilities and systems.
- Maintain technical expert knowledge of our Talent Suite product offerings, roadmap, commercial models and migration strategies.
