Act as a cohesive architecture team leader, working collaboratively with other architects to drive change and ensure consistent practices across products/teams and domains.Onboard, mentor, and grow architects by aligning goals, priorities, responsibilities, and expectations.Facilitate team-wide clarity on architectural pillars, decision-making approaches, and governance processes.Promote a strong team identity (“team power”), ensuring architects coordinate effectively, support one another, and operate with a unified vision....
