Join us as a Senior Software Test Automation Engineer and lead testing strategy, automation and quality governance for critical financial systems. Drive robust automation, risk controls and high-quality releases in an agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive testing strategy including shift-left, risk-based and BDD/TDD approaches
- Establish testing standards, governance, release gates and quality metrics
- Lead automation across UI, API, regression and CI/CD pipelines
- Oversee performance, resilience and security testing with engineering teams
- Provide release readiness reporting, risk assessments and executive dashboards
- Mentor and lead a multidisciplinary testing team
- Drive continuous improvement through defect analysis and tooling enhancements
