About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Software QA Engineer who brings both hands-on testing expertise and strong test management capabilities. You'll lead quality efforts across the software development lifecycle — from test strategy through execution and reporting — ensuring we ship reliable, high-quality software.

What You'll Do

  • Own and maintain the test management framework — plans, cases, execution cycles, and traceability matrices
  • Lead functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing efforts
  • Define and drive QA best practices and standards across teams
  • Collaborate with developers, BAs, and product owners during requirements review and sprint planning
  • Manage defect lifecycle using tools like Jira, and produce clear QA status reports for stakeholders
