We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Analyst to join our Agile delivery team. The ideal candidate should have 8–10 years of hands-on experience in automation testing , with strong technical expertise and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze requirements and user stories to design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts. Execute and maintain regression automation suites to ensure product stability. Monitor daily smoke test executions and promptly investigate and resolve failures. Design, automate, and execute load and performance test scripts. Collaborate with onsite and offshore stakeholders to address issues identified during automation execution. Proactively suggest, design, and implement enhancements to the automation framework.
