Overview

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking Senior Software Engineers with focus areas in Machine Learning, User Experience, or DevOps and Test Automation to join us in Vantaa, Finland. We mainly develop Windows desktop software today, with an emphasis on quality, reliability, usability, and regulatory compliance for microbiology products. Roles are being transferred from abroad to Finland and will be based on site in Vantaa.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop software solutions: build and maintain high-quality software for microbiology products.
  • Contribute through your area of focus: collaborate across teams to advance machine learning capabilities, user experience improvements, or automation engineering practices (test automation, DevOps, tooling, development workflows).
