Our engineering team builds scalable fintech infrastructure infused with AI/LLM capabilities — automating underwriting, compliance, and deal execution. We are lean, fast, and ambitious, solving complex real-world problems in fintech through first-principles engineering.

We want a Senior Engineering Manager who thrives as a technical leader first, with the ability to guide, mentor, and manage a team of 8–10 engineers. You'll spend a significant portion of your time designing and coding, while also driving execution, setting best practices, and developing your team.
