Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Senior Software Engineer / Backend Developer (Ruby on Rails) to design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems. The role requires strong hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails, AWS, and modern DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust Ruby on Rails applications
Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues
Collaborate closely with product, QA, and other engineering teams
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to technical decisions
Technical Requirements
