About the role
We are seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Platform Engineer with hands-on cloud experience to build, operate, and continuously improve our ITOM capabilities in ServiceNow. This role is responsible for Discovery, CMDB data quality, and Service Mapping across hybrid on-prem and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
What you'll do
Design, implement, and operate ServiceNow IT operations management capabilities with a focus on discovery, configuration data quality, and service mapping across on‑premises and cloud environments.
Build and maintain reliable discovery architecture by managing mid‑server design, credential handling, network zoning, performance tuning, and monitoring.
Improve trust in configuration data by applying identification and reconciliation best practices, enforcing data quality standards, and aligning configuration and service models to comm...
