Design & Development:
Lead the design and development of complex application features, acting as the technical lead for medium‑to‑large initiatives. Solution Architecture:
Collaborate with solution analysts and business stakeholders to produce technical designs that align with enterprise standards. SDLC Ownership:
Manage the software development process from user story decomposition and requirement review through to final delivery. Code Quality:
Conduct peer code and design reviews, providing coaching to junior team members to maintain high‑quality coding standards. Integration & Configuration:
