Developers will participate in team standups, provide progress updates, and communicate any blockers. Additional expectations include maintaining documentation, performing quality checks, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives while keeping clear and consistent communication with stakeholders. The focus of these roles is delivering accurate, efficient solutions that align with organizational standards and timelines. This role contains a significant amount of new feature development and ongoing enhancements, so we are seeking developers who can partner closely with the team and contribute effectively and proactively.
