Senior Product Engineer, EUJoin the Ashby team to build impactful, end‐to‐end product features. We are looking for a full‐stack engineer focused on solving customer problems and building scalable solutions with a blend of product ownership and engineering expertise.

Base Pay Range£80,000 – £110,000 (gross). Your actual salary will be determined by experience and skills, based on the Edinburgh pay bands.

About the Role and How We WorkWe do not have a traditional daily‐standup, sprint planning, or rigid process. Engineers own the entire feature lifecycle—from research and specification, through design, implementation, and iteration—with minimal oversight. You will write product specs, create wireframes, and implement features end‐to‐end while collaborating closely with product managers and designers.
