Job Summary

At Talkdesk, our Engineering team follows a micro‑service architecture to build the next generation of Talkdesk. The team is organized into vertical groups that handle all decisions for their services, with Agile Coaches promoting collaboration, pair programming, and peer code reviews.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work independently and in small teams to develop the best product on the market.
• Implement a scalable, stable, and user‑friendly product that can handle current capacity and future growth.
• Participate in a modern agile software engineering environment, including source code control (GIT), release cycles, extensive testing, and continuous deployment.
• Solve challenging technical problems and apply advanced skills daily.
• Develop and maintain microservices and APIs.
• Engage with Product and other engineering teams across clusters and Business Units to ensure solutions meet all requirements....
