We’re working with an advanced engineering and product development firm based in Wilmington, MA that builds cutting-edge robotics and automation systems across multiple industries. They are hiring a full-time Senior Software Engineer to focus on robotics, real-time systems, and AI/ML integration, owning the critical layer between machine learning models and the physical hardware they control. This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule with 2- 3 days onsite per week.
This role is highly hands-on with C/C++, Python, ROS2, industrial robotics, and real-time Linux systems, and sits at the intersection of software, hardware, and intelligent systems. You’ll work closely with ML, mechanical, and embedded teams to bring AI models to life through motion systems, actuators, and industrial robotics.
