Working Hours : 5 ½ days a week.

Core Skills & Responsibilities

AOI machine setup, programming, and optimization with strong focus on false call reduction, defect detection, and inspection performance tuning (lighting, cameras, algorithms, thresholds). Expertise in defect analysis, root cause investigation, and cross-functional collaboration with Process, Quality, and Production teams. Proven support for NPI, pilot runs, and mass production ramp-up. Hands-on production troubleshooting (hardware, software, camera, lighting) and line support to ensure full inspection coverage and quality compliance. Strong data analysis and reporting (DPMO, FPY, Pareto), documentation control (SOPs, control plans), and audit support (ISO/IATF/customer).
