Senior Software Engineer

Astor & Sanders Corporation (Astor), an award-winning IT solutions provider headquartered in McLean, VA, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer. This is a full-time position, and is 100% remote. 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • The Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems, architecting scalable solutions on AWS, and ensuring secure, high-performing applications.
  • Develop and maintain APIs using Django Rest Framework (DRF) and Python.
  • Work with MySQL databases for data modeling and optimization.
  • Java and .NET core programming
  • Design and implement scalable architectures leveraging AWS services
  • Utilize Splunk, SolarWinds, and Google Analytics for system monitoring and performance analysis
