FULL TIME-OFFICE BASED
Schedule: 10PM - 6AM PHT (Monday - Friday)
What are we looking for?
5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on backend development
Strong proficiency in Python and backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, or Django)
Solid experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Cloud SQL) including query optimization and schema design
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform: Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Cloud Run Functions, Cloud Storage
Demonstrated DevOps/Ops experience: writing CI/CD pipelines, managing deployments, and production monitoring
Proficiency with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools (Cloud Build, GitHub Actions, or similar)
Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration concepts
Strong communication skills: ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
