As a
Senior Software Engineer (Back-End)
, you will serve as a technical leader and mentor within cross-functional teams, taking ownership of complex software solutions and architectural decisions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality, scalable back-end systems while guiding junior and mid-level engineers toward technical excellence.
In this role, you'll participate in shaping the technical strategy, lead the implementation of critical services, and bridge the gap between engineering execution and business objectives—all while maintaining strong collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
