· You will have access to leading AI coding assistants (Claude Code Max as primary, plus Jules, Codex, GitHub Copilot, CodeRabbit, and others) - use what works best for each task for coding, refactoring and debugging work.
· Everyone, including non-technical teammates, uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) and is encouraged to prototype workflows and AI agents themselves. AI isn't a separate team – it's the default way we work.
