The Role

In this role your mission will be to help develop and maintain our IP Telephony software solutions including the newly released state of the art Unified Communications platform (UCaaS).

Working with the best European unified communication specialists and software engineers this platform will be greatly contributing to the product portfolio of Enreach. You will be part of the R&D Department and work on the lifecycle of development: definition of the specifications, development, documentation, tests. All in close collaboration with our software developers and global support teams. Your work :

  • Real-time services for call routing (eg : AAA/redirection rules/group rules management)
  • Various Protocol of communications and integration of external services (SIP, Rest, Web Socket, Bus…etc)
  • Evolution on a “micro-services kind Architecture” in order to improve our Cloud integration.
