Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java 21, React, and JavaScript.
- Modernize legacy systems and migrate them to updated frameworks and architectures.
- Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to define and implement technical solutions within the Retirement/Benefits domain.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and manage deployments on AWS.
- Utilize AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity and maintain code quality.
- Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to coding best practices.
- Analyze and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Maintain and query relational databases, primarily Oracle DB and Postgres DB.
- Track and manage project work using JIRA and follow Agile/Scrum methodologies
